Striving for Goals

To strive for something no matter how large or how small we must have a defined goal that is realistic and achievable.
As soon as you return to training you will all be given goal sheets to fill out. Each week we will be reflecting back on those sheets to see how you are going. I want you thinking about your goals. Moving and planning to move is one component of your health. The other component is your food intake. For most of you this needs to be seriously addressed. I will be looking at ways for you to make better choices for healthier, easier food preparation and planning.
